Meet before she arrives

This is the feature no other platform offers. Before your first booking with any handywoman, you have a short, private 10-minute video call inside the app so you can introduce yourselves, confirm the scope of work, and make sure you both feel comfortable.

Easy scheduling

Pick a time when you're both free, within two business days. Nothing to download: the call opens right in the app.

Mutual confirmation

After the call, both of you tap “Confirm — I'm comfortable” or “Decline.” If either person declines, no penalty, no negative review, no impact to anyone's standing.

Repeat clients skip this

Once you've completed a Meet & Greet with a handywoman, you can rebook her anytime without another call. Save her to your favorites for even faster rebooking.

Private by design

Calls are never recorded. You join with your first name only, and neither of you sees the other's phone number or email.

Your handywoman arrives at the scheduled time. Every handywoman carries her own general liability insurance, which we verified before her first job and checked again before this booking. She brings her own tools, her expertise, and the warmth of someone you've already met.

In-app communication

Coordinate details with your handywoman, share photos of the project, and receive confirmation of her arrival time. Simple and straightforward.

Payment & review

Pay securely. Leave a review.

After the job is complete, your handywoman confirms her hours and you receive an invoice showing her rate, hours worked, the Safety, Trust & Insurance Fee as a named line item, Shadow a Pro if selected, and materials if applicable. Payment is processed securely through the platform. Tips go directly to your handywoman.
